Grooming typically takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and selected services. We’ll contact you via text once your pet is ready for pickup!

Absolutely! We will do our best to groom senior and special care dogs. Please inform us prior booking an appointment with us. Please let us know in advance about any medical conditions, joint issues, or behavioral concerns so we can accommodate accordingly with patience and care.
Note:
- If your dog is on her period with a heavy flow, we will suggest rescheduling the appointment.
- If your dog just had a vaccination, please seek vet advice if it is fit for grooming/bath.
- If your dog has a wound, we will suggest you bring it to the vet to disinfect and get treated prior to grooming.
We do not offer pet transport, as we strongly advise pet owners to be present on the very first (at least) and concurrent appointments, so that we can better understand each pet’s condition from you personally. We're happy to provide recommendations for reliable pet taxi services in your area. Just ask us!
On average, we recommend grooming every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on breed and coat type. Regular grooming helps maintain coat health, hygiene, and early detection of skin issues.
To ensure a calm environment for all pets, we do not allow owners to stay within the salon during grooming. Most pets are more relaxed without their humans nearby, and we promise to treat them with the utmost care.

We recommend introducing grooming as early as 4 months old (once vaccinations are all completed). Starting young helps your puppy get used to the process in a positive way, setting them up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

Yes, we do! We offer local delivery for both products and gift sets. Deliveries within Singapore only. Delivery charges $5 for orders below $60. Free delivery for orders above $60.
