EPI-OTIC antimicrobial ear cleanser contains actives that deal with a number of problems associated with ears as well as being an ideal ear maintenance product.

A mild, alcohol-free cleansing and drying solution formulated to remove crusts and excessive earwax while Spherulites provides a slow release of ingredients long after product application. This cleanser may be used for routine ear cleansing in healthy ear canals or prior to administration of other ear preparations. In addition, Chitosanide, a natural biopolymer creates a protective film on the skin and hair, that reinforces the hydrating and restoring effects of the formulation, helping to protect the skin against damage from the environment.

Description

Ingredients:

Water, propylene glycol, lactic acid, Spherulites, docusate sodium, salicylic acid, PCMX, dimethicone, fragrance, and FD&C blue #1. Lactic acid and salicylic acid are present in encapsulated (Spherulites) and free forms. Chitosanide is present in encapsulated form.

How To Use:

• Hold the ear flap and lift it into a vertical position.

• Aim the tip of the bottle into the ear canal and squeeze the bottle to apply the solution liberally, enabling a flushing action.

• Without letting go of the ear flap, gently massage the base of the ear, downward and inward in order to disperse EPIOTIC throughout the ear canal for 1 minute. Then allow the pet to shake its head.

• Remove the excess fluid and debris with a ball of cotton wool or tissue and also clean the inside of the ear flap.

• Repeat steps 1 to 4 until the excess fluid no longer looks dirty.
